Meals has to be one of the worst jobs you have to do.

For all meals you have to be there 15 minutes early and then set everything up. After breakfast you have to wash and sterilise everyone’s dishes and then clean up the kitchen. It definitely doesn’t help if one of your school group is “sick.” All this cleaning up eats into your free time so it gets frustrating.

Lunch today was the most frustrating ever. We didn’t start lunch until 15 minutes after we were supposed to because one of the classes was late getting out. Then for lunch we had wraps, which though they tasted really good, they take forever to serve. Then you have to serve seconds which nearly everyone wanted. So when we finally got into the kitchen to clean up, we had 15 minutes until class.

Afterwards you have to go straight to the kitchen to start getting stuff ready for dinner.
