Teenagers in Emergencies BookletThese pages show the front and back cover of a 32 page booklet that a team of students produced for their Community Learning Project. The team of Jess, Sam, Tim and Amy are from Maffra Secondary College and were at the Alpine School in Term 2, 2008. ![]() ![]() The booklet has only recently been launched and focuses specifically on how teenagers can Plan-Act-Respond specifically during emergencies such as fires and floods. It is an invaluable resource and is gaining more recognition each day. The success of the booklet has extended to interviews, presentations and appropriate accolades for the team. School and families continue to be rewarded with pride as the efforts and outcomes of a small team continues to achieve great success. By Russell Shem (Campus Principal)
